David Paller is a Partner and leader in Northwest Harbor’s Transformation Practice. He brings nearly twenty years of executive experience to the Northwest Harbor Team specializing in revenue and process optimization, large-scale transformation, leadership development and alignment of corporate strategy with culture and purpose.

David has served as a Chief Financial Officer for both mid-size healthcare delivery and biotechnology organizations, and understands the unique perspectives from various market segments. He currently focuses his efforts on strategic revenue optimization and business development within the healthcare arena. A biomedical engineer by training, David assisted with the creation and development of hundreds of medical devices in a variety of capacities, for clients ranging from start-ups to the leading global medical device manufacturers. As a member of the research faculty of the Alpert Medical School of Brown University, he authored over 40 original manuscripts while also providing business and strategy mentorship to numerous biotech and medical device organizations.

David holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management, a MS in Engineering from the University of Vermont, and a BS from the University of Vermont.
